Three kinds of hardscape, priced by the square foot with the base spelled out. Anything below is a starting range; the real number comes after we measure.
What we build
Patios, walls and outdoor rooms
We work in natural stone almost exclusively. Concrete pavers have their place and we will lay them if that is what you want, but the reason people call us is the stone.
Patios & Walkways
From 22 dollars a square foot installed, depending on stone. Six inches of compacted crushed concrete, one inch of bedding sand, polymeric joint sand swept and set. Flagstone, travertine, shell stone and bluestone. Walkway work from 26 dollars a foot because the cutting is slower.
Retaining Walls
From 48 dollars a face foot. Segmental block or dry stacked stone, with crushed stone backfill and a drain line behind it, which is the part nobody sees and the part that decides whether the wall is still straight in ten years. Anything over four feet gets an engineer, by county rule and by ours.
Outdoor Living Spaces
Quoted per project. Seating walls, fire pits, grill surrounds, pool decks and coping. Usually built as one piece of work with one crew rather than four trades turning up in sequence.

How we price
Measured, drawn, then quoted
Somebody comes out, measures, and takes photographs of your grade and your drainage. You get a drawing and a written price a few days later. Nothing is torn up before you have both, and the number does not change unless you change what you asked for.
